ONCE YOUR ORDER LEAVES OUR WAREHOUSE, TRANSIT TIME IS UP TO 7 TO 10 BUSINESS DAYS WITHIN THE 48 CONTINENTAL U.S., BASED ON YOUR LOCATION.
APPLICABLE SALES TAX WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR ORDER FOR SHIPMENTS TO RESIDENTS OF THE TEXAS.

We ship all products USPS Standard Ground. Shipping is by weight (each product costs about $2.00 to ship)
Orders & Returns
What can be returned?
We stand behind the products we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase, return it within 14 days of purchase for a store credit or exchange on another item. Please contact us before returning your item. All returned items must unused and unwashed, and must be sent back to us using the original shipping boxes and packing materials. Sale items are final.
When do items need to be returned?
Items need to be returned to Hawk + Sloane within 14 days of purchase. Please email hello@hawkandsloane for shipping information.
How do customers return items?
All returned items must be sent back to us using the original shipping boxes and packing materials. Once the product is received at our warehouse in good condition we will issue a store credit for the amount of the product and tax to the original purchase. All shipping charges on purchases and returns are non-refundable.
Credit for returns?
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return the unused item in exchange for a store credit.
